Blazepaw 🔥 From Ashes, We Rise 🔥

Blazekit was born to Snapdapple in HawkClan, but he never knew the identity of his father. Blazekit was always a shy and reclusive kitten, never really feeling comfortable playing with the other kits; instead, he was always more interested in taking naps and playing with leaves on his own.

When the fire swept through the forest, however, he was the one to rally the kits together and lead them to the cave, having felt the presence of a StarClan cat guiding his way. He saved Smallkit singlehandedly during the fire, and the two have been rather close afterwards. When the fire passed, Blazekit soon named himself Blazepaw, and chose to take much of the brunt of caring for the kits, though the others were eager to prove themselves as capable of caring for themselves.

He was happy to welcome Slight to the clan, though he had his own doubts. When Smallpaw was hurt, he was the most doting of all, practically refusing to leave his side unless necessary.

Miscellaneous Facts

Though he is the medicine cat of PhoenixClan, he doesn't often hear from StarClan. In fact, Blazepaw wonders if he was ever meant to be a medicine cat to begin with.
He has the softest fur of any cat in the clan.
When he isn't collecting herbs or treating a wound, he spends most of his time napping.
His favourite places to nap are the scrying pool next to the medicine den, the small patch of sunlight near the entrance to their cave, and Smallpaw's nest.
His favourite prey to eat is squirrel, but his favourite food overall is actually quail eggs.
When it rains, he enjoys sitting outside and allowing the rain to fall on him.
